Help!, LG G5(H840) camera makes Lights in photos blur out the picture.

That is what my camera looks like, and trust me, my displays are not that bright, ive tried different apps, remove the lenses plastic cover and nothing seems to work, i even tried advanced mode, now all i ask is for a functional camera ASAP, ill be going out in 4 days.

No as stated, my phone is not oily, ive cleaned the camera various times to no avail, no it is not scratched

Do you see that effect using the front-facing camera as well? Just trying to determine if it's a problem with the camera module itself, or the software processing.

no, just snapped another picture with front cam, everythng fine.

Hmm, I wonder if there's actually some condensation within the camera lens itself (not the overlying camera glass). Not sure what else to suggest besides bringing it to a repair shop for further inspection.

I always find my camera to have a difficult time with light from a T.V. or a window.
