[Help] lg optimus v boot problems

I have two optimus v's one run smooth and perfect with a custom rom and the whole shabang.
The other my friend wanted to try flashing himself, so i let him. now my phone wont boot into recovery, fast , or normally. help please :'(

Also i cant connect it to my computer

He said there was some black screen and yellow words (recovery i'm guessing) and he just tried every option one by one like an idiot
