Not sure how to fix the problem. All volumes are up but randmly lost all sound. Phone makes a little quick click type sound when there is suppose be sounds. For example like at the start of any kind of video or if i was to play a song, or even send a message on fb messenger. I can get media sounds if I use my bluetooth headphones. I don't use headphones that plug in so I know its not a headphone jack problem. Phone has no water damage and wasn't dropped.
Restarting the phone doesn't do anything. I just updated the software and still no sound.
