HELP ME bricked gf phone HELP ME

i rooted lg optimus p504 just fine and then went to rom manager and downloaded cm recovery. and it went to restart and boom stuck in fast boot after 7 hours of messing with it and reading this site and googling my ACE off. i finally got out of the fastboot and now i am so lost and stuck in emergency mode. i been trying everything kdz, lg update tool, hard reset, lg software i found on google. i just can not get this any help getting this fixed will be rewarded to get her off my butt.

Any one plz. i cant figure this out i dont know how to get it out of emergency mode and back to stock or back to any thing will stop her from tearing me a new one!!!!!!
