Help me:My s5 prime phone doesn't open audio files microphone mobile network .Software updates says failed.It opens camera,i can make photos but can't record videos says failed.I THINK I ACIDENTALLY DELETED DRIVERS .Know anybode how to help me?

Welcome to the forums. Perhaps your storage is too full? Can you show us a screenshot of your storage stats?

no i have done reset serveral times

There aren't any drivers like you would find in Windows. Did the device update recently? As in did you get an OS update?

Edit: Posted at the same time. Can you try an older version of the OS?

my os version is 5.0.1 ....i cant do an update

yes ....its imei reads null and have no build number

i had a screen touch damage and when it was damaged i pushed (volum up +power+middle buton)-serveral times )just to see if my phone work and After 6 months I send phone to repair touch screen and i repaired it i powered it on then i seen that had this problem...i think i have deleted important files (speaker doesn't work ,it have no IMEI,camera works but no recording,videos and music cant play,etc

If you just got the device back, I would bring it back to them. Something must have happened when it was in their possession.

I'm not sure what may have happened. Some of those connection ports can be pretty fragile. Something may have been damaged during the swap.

I am not sure who to ask. I personally think it's a hardware problem. Since a repair shop did the work, is there an issue with bringing it back to them?
