help me please i cant launch smart switch

i need smart switch for my phone but i cannot launch it everytime i launch it it closes automatically over about 5 seconds i cant do anything with it please help me

Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the app? Or clearing cache/data for it? Have you 'frozen' or de-activated any stock apps on your phone? Some of these might be needed for Smart Switch to work properly.
