I just got a exhibit II 4G and I put a pass code and I forgot! Can you bypass the lock or restore it to factory settings? I only have acsess to the volume and the power also the charging port help me!!

That's why I don't use pass codes. You may have to take it into a T-Mobile store to get that fixed.

Isn't that a little harsh MD? Don't make me find the post where you told me we are "here to help" when I was busting on that one guy for how many sentences were in a paragraph.

But, if what pazzo02 is saying is true, it'd be worth it to try that before a reset. Can't hurt to call the closest store and ask if they can unlock it for you. Would be better than a reset. Worst case, yea, google factory reset and your device.
