HELP! Motorola RAZR V Google Play Store "No connection" Error

Each time i open Google Play Store it would say "No connection Retry" and i'm connected to WIFI. I have read online that my date and time is set wrong but its not. I have also tried restarted my phone and clearing cashe/data on Google Play. Nothing has worked. Help please.


EDIT: I could also use other Internet app such as browsers twitter Facebook games etc.

I just got a new LG Stylo 2V and am having the same issue. Have a good WIFI connection and everything else works but Play Store says no connection. I got it to do one search when I rebooted the phone but then goes right back to No Connection - Retry message. I installed a few apps the other day with no issues so something changed.
