Help move a file?

Just want to move files in my download folder to anywhere SD /otg/ext. Drive mainly I want to move them from download to anywhere else? Phone is LG G4. It's easy with camera files.. And they are video files so can I move to camera file? How? ..

The phone comes with a file manager app.
Is there an error message or other indication that the move is not working?
