Help: Music playlists keep getting cleared

I have a problem with my music playlists. They keep getting cleared. Technically, the playlists still exist, except they don't have any songs listed. I keep having to refill the playlists with songs and reorder them over and over again. Why do the playlists keep getting cleared?

I used to use the basic Android music player, then I use Winamp, hoping it doesn't repeat the same problem. But the problem still repeats, and I'm once again stuck with empty playlists. What can I do to prevent this? Why does it happen? Does it have something to do with my SD card? I play all my music on my external micro SD card. Does it have something to do with that? The card works perfectly for everything else.

I get the same thing mate. I don't know how to stop it happening.
