[Help] My android device v4.1.2 always restarting after uninstalling an app

please help me..
this problem appeared after i update my Samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 from ics 4.0 to android vrsion 4.1.2 jelly bean,
before that this problem restarting because i too much install apps to my device then use a lot of memory Ram..
so i uninstalled some app.. and it always restarting after one app finished uninstalled..
hope you guys can solve my problem,.

Try to factory reset your phone first. If the problem persists after the reset, you may have to redownload the update.
