... and I'm not sure what to do about it!

I've tried texting using the default messaging app, Hand Cent, and a couple others.
I've used Chrome, Firefox, and Dolphin.
When I talk using Phone or Talkatone, I have the same situation.
My battery also lasts for at least a day and a half (sometimes longer!).
Even my T-Mobile prepaid account is affected in this same way.

I feel as though I'm missing out on something. What would you folks suggest?

Oh shoot your in trouble!!! Better get an iPhone man ;)

Also, when I try watching the newer Star Wars movies, they seem pretty crappy and lacking in plot depth and have an over-reliance on special effects to advance the plot. Could this perhaps be related to my HSPA+ 42 speeds being pretty consistently faster than Sprint?

Now I'm really worried.

For a bucket-ful of eel sushi, maybe. But with this purely positive experience I've had, I'm not sure if you'd want it.

I haveiphone and adm going w at least one line andoid.
I am bummed abouta few thingsw my iphone But no laggingll
Another phone I'm considering is galaxy note 2....htc one....gakxy s4.....
I'm using nexus as android experience and us very smooth

After reading of your satisfaction in another thread, I tried Talkatone, but mine sounded awfully scratchy. I was using GrooveIP with OK success and switched back to it. It seems like if I start a call off and it's good at the beginning, it stays that way no matter how long the call last. I do love all these options this phone has introduced me to. If you've figured out any special settings in Talkatone that make it work better, let me know. I've got an idea that it may be related to where you are in relation to wifi and the servers you regularly get connected to, but I could be way off base.

You have to pay for higher-quality audio with Talkatone. GrooVe IP gives you higher-quality audio, but you have to pay to use it over cellular data.

Don't get me wrong, GrooVe IP sounds great and all, but I was having stability issues with it and also people kept complaining about either bad audio on their end, or having their side of the conversation completely echoed back at them. And that was with me talking over WiFi!

:) I have all the problems that you have and a few more:

- My device will not spontaneously reboot no matter how hard I try
- I do not get a hissing sound from the earpiece - it got so bad that I had to schedule a visit to the doctor because I thought I was losing my hearing
- My device dropped to the floor and did not shatter - what's going on with the folks at LG? Is the glass faulty?

I haven't made any actual phone calls yet - been too busy flashing kernels and monitoring my battery life almost continuously ... :D :D

Oh wow. You really do have it bad, brother. At least I'm not the only one here suffering these obvious difficulties.

I would suggest you drop it and see how it comes out looking!

Mine has dropped twice on both sides on hard floors and hasn't broken! I think the glass is faulty! Should I RMA it?

I've been lucky with the last two Nexus phones. My VZW Gnex had no issues. My Nexus 4 has no issues. Dropped mine once off the kitchen table onto a hard floor, no case, and nothing, still looks new. Back glass is intact, even after setting it down while hot onto 30 degree concrete. Speakers are a lot louder and clearer than the GNex, and feels more solid as well. I think some have legitimate issues (what product doesn't?), others just can't be satisfied and look to hard to find a flaw in everything.

Thanks. Can't wait to get it. Didn't want to spend the $60 for it since I have never had a wireless charger before. Not sure what to think, some seem to love it, others don't. Can't wait to try it out, always though it would be cool to just set the phone down and charge, then just pick it up and go.

Yes, I balked at the price which was like 71 with tax and shipping. I picked up the lg charging mat (used) for 45 on ebay.

I like it and it works well on the Nexus 4! I have ordered the qi receiver pad for my Note 2 also because I want to charge it wirelessly. It is kind of gimmicky but works well and saves wear and tear on the all important micro usb port.

Let us know your thoughts once you get it and use it.

You are definitely missing out! Your device hasn't cracked yet either. This is impossible. LG has sent you a defective device. You should definitely get it replaced.
