HELP!! My H2O google pixel phone will not save new APN

[Android Central Question]

I am unable to send or receive group msgs as well as send or receive picture messages. When I try to add a new APN then hit save it wont do it. I did before and had no problems. But maybe an update deleted the old one I had. Not sure. Either way I am at a loss and need some guidance
