Help! My homescreen has switched!

After messing with a few widget and lockscreen apps, my epic has suddenly started treating my 6th homescreen as my default instead of the traditional 4th. I have scoured my settings and can't figure out a way to reset it. Also, how do I reset the home key to its original function? Thanks!!!

Have you tried removing the battery for a minute? That seems to fix random weird issues sometmes.
