HELP My LG Optimus F7 By Boost Won't WORK

So my phone suddenly decided to stop working. It shut itself off and is in a continues loop. Just shoes LG4G on the screen then goes to boost mobile symbol loading screen then starts all over.
I've tried countless things. I reset to factory settings and wiped the whole thing clean but it still won't work. A friend tried to reinstall Android but it won't detect the phone when he tries to do it on his computer.
Can someone PLEASE help me figure out how to fix this problem. I do not want to have to buy a new phone!

Welcome to Android Central! If it keeps doing that after a factory reset, then it's likely a hardware issue. A failing battery is a possibility, so you could try a new one. But I suspect it's more likely to be something with the motherboard, and the cost of that repair probably isn't worth it.
