[HELP] My Nexus didn't updated to 4.2

Hi. I bought Galaxy Nexus few days ago. According to news, the 4.2 is out. But when I check the updates from my phone it says i am up to date. How is this possible? I'm still on 4.1.

Are you using the GSM Galaxy Nexus? Or are you on Sprint or Verizon?

4.2 been out since November. If you bought the phone through a carrier, you either at the mercy of the carrier or you need to update via Kies.

Don't worry about 4.2 it sucks. 4.1 ran like a dream. Now my phone lags like crazy, restarts daily, and I am sick of this phone now thanks to 4.2.

Many people have not had any issues with 4.2.1.
