Help my phone doesn't appear to have S View function!

I have had my S5 for a week and have been trying to turn on S View but can't find it. On my S4 is in accessory there is a list eg: dock sound, S View Cover and HDMI on my S5 it only has HDMI nothing else is this normal? Where do I find S View now if not in accessory? Please help am going to ring my carrier this morning I am in Australia.

Do you have an S View case installed? I thought I remembered reading awhile back that the case actually had to be on the phone before the option would show up.

S View is the flip cover by Samsung, it is not an app on the phone.

search on Google for 's view' and it explains it.
