Help, My settings menu wont open!

For some reason today, my optimus v stopped opening the settings menu... it just flashes open then closes. I cant access any settings options! HELP PLZ

and i have no backup, since my phone is stock atm...

Well playing around with it, it appears that QuickSettings is making me unable to open the settings, I can open it before quicksettings launches, but it closes when it does launch. How can I uninstall quicksettings without the settings menu?

You can't uninstall your original settings menu. Just uninstall quicksettings if you're havin issues.

Well to uninstall quicksettings, i have to be able to access my settings menu.... I got quicksettings uninstalled so i think its penetrate pro causing issues now

not penetrate... now trying router keygen, if this doesnt work ima recover from the stock recovery

well I did a factory reset and all seems good now
