Hello Guys
My wife's Galaxy S3 jumped out of her GPS stand on her bike and it was ran over by a car ( :'( ), resulting in a badly broken screen, with no touch response. The phone still turns on, we can see some screen with a lot of weird colors, and when we plug on Kies it gets connected. However since she uses a pattern password, we cannot unlock the phone, and Kies goes nowhere.
My question is: is there any way to recover the data on this phone plugging it to the Kies, keeping in mind we cannot use the touch screen? Or is there any other way at all?
We had apps, personal information on bank apps, contacts outside GMail (not sync'ed) and some other stuff inside. We got a new Galaxy S3 (AT&T Model this time), so we are looking to transfer Galaxy to Galaxy. Back when I had a Blackberry, we could access files using a bootloader trick, but I only have this Galaxy for a few months.
Just FYI, I'm running Kies on a Windows 7... Not sure if it matters.
Thanks in advance!
Gil
