Help: new Refurb EVO won't d/l from market

I've tried googling this to no avail. Tried recommendations of clearing data and cache for the market app, multiple reboots, signed into Talk, etc. Even tried hard reset (no biggie since I haven't really setup phone at all yet). Have tried over wifi and over 3g (though I do have signal issues at home).

Any ideas? Phone seems to work fine other than this. It's a TEP insurance replacement, just got it yesterday.
 
Next time try to toggle on/off airplane mode and see if that fixes the problem. Since it's going fine it shouldn't be anything to worry about.
