Help on porting

Well I'm porting a miui gb rom and i got it booted up and every thing runs really smooth and fast but there's one thing I need help fixing. Data. I can receive and make calls and texts but data doesn't work. Wifi works but no data. I've searched a lot about this issue and how to fix it but I can't find anything. Can anyone help me??

You have reception, but no 3G. Create a APN and name it anything, and APN code anything. select it, and data is up.
