Help Please and quick

So I recently rooted my device and i wanted to get rid of bloatware on my LG Tribute 5 so i deleted the bloatware and i notice some other things that my phone didnt need so i just clicked on random things but they had to do with settings like clearing data. so after i thought my device was clear of bloatware. Then i went to my settings i could click on anything that didnt have to do with storage or apps. If i clicked on my storage I would get a error that said Com.system.settings has
stopped i factory rested my phone and everything still didn't work. Can any one can help. And my phone is still rooted
