Help Please Data Web Browser Problems

Hello, the past day I have noticed that when I check my e-mail (yahoo account) the blue spinning saw blade never stops spinning, then I get some motorola.com error, also if I use the web browser, I can get to a site but it takes a long time and if I try to click on an link, as in AC's main page, it just sits there forever, this is happeing wether on 3G or wifi so It's really not a Sprint problem. I haven't loaded any apps in the past 3 weeks, and the phone has been working fine for the past month that I've had it. Anyone else have this problem?
