Android Central Question

Help please! Lately the option setting to block my callers ID when making call and the option to do call forwarding disappeared from my note 10+ . I did 2 software updates including the latest and its just not there. I purchased the device unlocked directly from Samsung. And till now the setting was under "other call settings". Google results shows that it should be under Supplementary settings but I only have "other call settings" and it's not there. Please help.

Thanks! Just signed up. I'm using Verizon wireless. Though it's a Samsung unlocked device. Never had any issues till now. As I wrote I used to see it till now. But it's not under call settings anymore.

I can probably use *67 but I used to have the setting right in my phone. And also call forwarding. And it's just not Here anymore.

Yes I checked this. And I don't have those settings. I don't have Supplementary service settings option at all in the phone app.

I would upload a screenshot just don't see where I have the option to add an image.

Sorry only saw your reply now , not sure why i didn't get an email about your comment. I'm not sure how Verizon would be a part of it since the phone is from Samsung direct , and it used to work before.

Even though it's unlocked carriers sim still can dictate small amount what gets installed , such case with my unlocked Note 20u with Att sim it didn't have WiFi calling until recently they allowed it .

Yeah or can wait and see if anyone else on unlock with Verizon can confirm

I contacted Verizon and they say it's probably of the software update and that they have no control over those settings. Can anyone confirm with an actual note10+ with the latest software update if they see those settings?

Let's see if any members with unlocked on Verizon can chime in
