Help please. Stuck on white HTC screen.

I know I've done something bad.... Seeing if anyone can help or if I'm out of luck.

I have a rooted incredible. I have clockwork v5.0.2.0
I was running Nils' Business Gingersense ROM 3.5 and hated the camera and in a moment of frustration and beer drinking decided, eff it, I'll just go back to stock and re format my phone. Had I waited and done a search I would have seen that there are some stock ROMs without the bloatware that I could have loaded. But, what's done is done.

So I did a full wipe and factory restore on the phone. Now it won't go past the white HTC incredible screen. I let it sit for over an hour hoping it would come around. Nothing.

When I pull the battery and restart with volume down, I can get into the bootloader screen. I tried the factory reset from there and it takes me to clockwork. Of course I wiped everything so clockwork doesn't do much. The SD card is unmounted and won't remount.

Any suggestions?

You should be able to flash a stock update.zip through HBOOT (PB31IMG.zip)

Thanks. I found a thread on the XDA forums that helped a lot. I had to reformat my SD card so it would mount and could be accessed in recovery. Once that happened I was able to flash an update.
