HELP PLEASE tampered bootloader HTC one x

Trying to unlock bootloader. Says it's tampered and command prompt looks like this for identifier token

>fastboot oem get_identifier_token
(waiting for device)...

Then sits there forever please help!!!

Are you using the HTC tool to unlock it?

Yes this is an unlocked phone att and am using Wal-Mart family mobile
