Help please!

I was trying to flash rom on my samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0.When I was flashing rom something went wrong and I was unable to flash rom.When I try to restore my tablet it always fails.When I restart my tablet it's stuck on the logo screen.Please help me.

Was there something wrong with the ROM file itself? At what part of the flashing process did you get an error?

i download the wrong rom(sm t310 instead of sm t311),it gave me an error after i flashed the gapps.
Is there any way this can be fixed? Thanks for the reply

Can you get back into recovery? If so, download the correct ROM to to your computer then go to Storage then Mount. Your computer should read your phone as a storage device. Simply copy the correct ROM to your phone then flash.
