For some reason samsung account is not uploading or syncing my s notes... I really want my notes before i exchange my phone tomorrow!

Welcome @Pato89: What I'd do in your case is Goto your Phone-Carrier
and request Data transfer, like they do with the Contacts when we
buy a new phone, but you need another Phn. Also in Phone
repair shops, can be fixed too..SeeYou!

Mine transferred through smart switch. I saved it/them to the sd card before I swapped phones and everything, including my setup on the previous phone switched over.

How do you use Google to save notes?

Go into S Note, select all your notes you want to save, then select "Share". Select file type as S Note and then you will be shown all your options of apps to share to. Select Google Drive.

Go to settings> backup and reset> open smart switch> menu in top right corner> select -transfer via external storage

Phone carriers are not allowed to do this with the Note 7. All recalled phones have to be powered down upon entering the store and data can not be transfered in store due to chance of the phone exploding or catching fire.

Depends. The Tmo store I went to were doing file transfers when I exchange my Note. Nobody yelled at me either for still using the old Note 7 when I went there.
