HELP!! possible bricked optimus

alright HELP!
i have an optimus s and it got the ls670mvh update to gingerbread. obviously this update has issues and i am trying to figure out how to rollback to vc or vd. well i have done so using the kp500 tool and i have a blank screen. with vd i see the lg logo, with vc i see nothing. the phone goes into recovery when booted though per adb (adb devices) i cannot see the recovery screen and screencaster does not work. it is not rooted. any idea how to fix this??

Follow the quick guide to unroot and flash zvh but instead flash the zvd update zip that's in the stickies

I see zefie's guide but it does not say quick. it says you need to be rooted and i am unsure of a manual way to root in recovery without the screen or through adb

Base on what you posted in the other thread, I don't think you are bricked.
