Help re paid apps please

Hi

I have finally upgraded from my Galaxy S to the S4 but am wondering of i am able to transfer my paid apps from the S to the S4 rather than buying them again?

I've just tried to copy and paste Fitness Buddy across but its just created a folder with the images in it and no app icon etc.

Any help greatly appreciated

Paid apps are tied the the Google account that purchased them in the Play Store (or the market if they're very old). You can install them from the Play Store without purchasing them again. From the play store, hit menu, my apps, then swipe one page to the right and all of your previously downloaded apps are in that list.
