Help!!! Red triangle of doom

Ok yes im rooted and whenever I go to bootloader screen even trying twrp all I get is hard reset or reboot now with the android laying down with a red triangle and an exclamation mark. Im trying to flash 4.3 but I cant get past this.

I just read a post that might be relevant to your situation but I need to know if you are a Verison model trying to update to ( VRUAME7 )

If so you are in trouble

If you are verison; you'll have to wait for an exploit to root again (I hope you Backed Up your data)

Based on all this; I infer your root (SuperUser) tried to survive the OTA through "Survival Mode" and caused a NaNDroid. Since there's no new root method for your current firmware, you are unfortunately... well... out of luck unless you have a backup of BEFORE you updated, unless you have to wait for a new root method :-(

Don't know if this will work but you could wipe your ROM through a Root-Toolkit on your computer (if you can access the bootloader) and download the one before the update

or you could get a new one. (Good chance to see how Cyanogenmod, Paranoid, or AOKP work for you... if of course you get this far)

All I did was root so far but I didnt back up before I did a root. My phone works just fine I just cant flash a new rom.
