Help! Samsung S5 won't connect to Mac or PC.
Hello! After MANY hours of searching for the correct solutions, I have come to a standstill and need assistance. I sent my phone for repair with Samsung, prior to the repair it connected to my Mac with no issues and allowed me to transfer data. Now all it does is charge when plugged in.
I've turned on developer options, clicked the debugging option, installed and uninstalled Samsung Kies. I have Android File Transfer downloaded, Smart switch doesn't work either. I cannot even find the option to switch to MTP. . .
Please help! All I want to do is transfer my iTunes music onto my phone so I have music on the phone again - cause currently I am without. Thank you!
