Help! Speakerphone issue!!

I just noticed that when I'm on speakerphone on my S7 Edge, nobody can hear me talking. Using the phone like normal works and other voice apps like Voxer work just fine. Anyone seen anything like this? Why would the mic work for some apps and not others? I did a factory data wipe and reset yesterday to see if that would fix the issue but it still persists.

That's strange - that could definitely be a software thing, then. Seems like others are having the issue with no luck. Maybe reach out to Samsung and ask if there's a fix.

Contacted Samsung and sent it in for warranty repair/ replacement.
