help!! Stuck at htc screen

I was trying to get my rezound bloatware back on to do the update. I hit the 1 to get root and it transferred (I think) a file then it reboot and now it's stuck on the htc screen.. What now

Battery pull? I get this after flashing a new ROM and have to battery pull once or twice to get back in. Oh and if you're still stock(which it sounds like) temp root is busted.

pull the battery 3 or 4 times my battery died so I'm charging it now. Hope this time it'll boot

Battery wouldnt charge nor would phone get pas the boot screen verizon is replacingbut i lost all my contacts and my msecure passwords

Wasn't a total loss as all the numbers were on my Pre I just transferred them over again

I need help asap my phone is stuck on boot screen I am not even rooted I have done battery and sim pull buy no luck yet any thing else ?
