Help stuck on cyananogen logo

here's the scenario i 've unlocked my nexus 4 running on cyananogen mod i did it correctly did a wipe/factory reset before unlocking after i've successfully unlock it i turned it back on and now im stuck with the cyananogen logo please help

You flashed cyanogenmod before you unlocked the phone?? What does that mean

Just restore the nandroid you created before flashing, then try again, maybe with a different build.

did you buy a used Nexus 4?? your question is a bit confusing

Nexus dont run cyanogen by default.

You r stuck in a boot loop. Go into recovery and try wiping cache if that doesn't work reinstall the rom like normal.
