Help system not boot

Hi I have a problem when I press power button shows a samsung logo animation and stay here.

My model is sm-g900F 2KAXEF KLTE KLTEXX Firmware:G900FXXU1BOE5

What I did?
-I rooted with odin use CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.tar
-I used [redacted] was see what had and accidentally I clicked on Odex (more internal storage) because of the sensitivity
then restart and all apps stop working and the system about 3min
-Restore on settings waited 2hours nothing remove battery
-Tried wape and restore nothing
-Use Odin and use CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.tar and nothing Samsung logo shows animation and not go to the system

Any way to fix it?
Today is not my lucky day

Download and flash the stock Samsung, unbranded firmware for your model of phone and CSC code, which I believe is G900F on XEF for France, by following the instructions and video in the links of #1.11 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. You will need to re-root afyter this.
