help! system shutting down

I've had my phone (galaxy s6) shut down repeatedly with the following message showing when I do a hard restart (home+pwr+volume down).

I haven't done anything to the device besides downloading apps (from play store) that I had on my previous s4.

Temp. Isn't too hot and battery is never too low.

What am I doing wrong? How can I stop my new phone from doing this?!

What apps were you installing when thus happened? Were you going through the market, a third party app, or what?

It always boots into this screen? Try booting into recovery (power+volume up+home) when the phone is off. (If it won't stay turned off, right after you hit cancel push and hold the buttons.

If you can not boot into recovery, you will need to download Odin 3.10.xx and download the stock firmware for your phone. (Market and carrier specific).

It's showing you that as you're booting into Download mode, home+pwr+volume down is how you do that.

Are you doing that for a specific reason? - are you flashing a ROM?

Just reread the OP post.

What you are push is to boot into download mode.

All 4 buttons held together simulates a battery pull.

If you are wanting to do a factory reset, you need to boot into recovery. (Power, volume up and home)

I know how I got the screen but I don't know why the phone shut off!

It is not active. No apps open. Battery charged. And when I pick it up, I have the black screen of death.

This is my 2nd galaxy6 in the weeks. Returned the first one because I couldn't get it to turn back on at all.

This one will with the power+home+volume down but I've never had so many unexpected black screens! I had 2 in the two years I had my s4.

I just want to know if I'm doing something wrong, if I got 2 lemons, or if Samsung has failed me!
