Help! The lock screen on my LG G2 Mini is not responding. Can anyone help?

I can not put my passcode in, the screen won't work. I can double tap to turn it on, answer calls and draw with quick note, but nothing else will work! It won't even let me turn it off or restart. I really don't want to factory reset because I'll lose everything on there. Please help!

If the battery is removable, take it out for a few minutes, then replace. Worth a try.
