Help update to ICS please via Kies or the easiest way

Greetings all,

So I downloaded Kies on my laptop, a pop up windows appeared showing I needed a Firmware upgrade. I accept it, it starts downloading something and then a message pop ups saying: Failed to run firmware upgrade. Unknown error ocurred.

I got more than 6 hours on this and I'm really to loose all faith on having ICS.

Please someone guide me through this suffering. If there is any other "official" way or a secure way, I will appreciate it.
