Help using Helium to backup game data on Droid Razr Maxx

Hello all -- I have an old Droid Razr Maxx that I would like to get some game data from Neko Atsume so I can transfer it to my new phone. I've been trying to use Helium and it seems to work, except when I use it to detect apps to backup, Neko Atsume is not listed as an app.

Something I've noticed is that when I select all apps in Helium, I get anywhere from 9 to 15 apps, it just seems random as to how many it will show as being available for backup.

Any thoughts on what I can do? Thanks!
