HELP..white evo

long story short...pre-ordered 2 white evos last week, looked online today about reports of best buy selling them to the people who pre-ordered them. called my best buy where i had pre-ordered and they told me yes i can pick them up today. we go, fill out all the paper work n everything, rings up the phones n they ring up at full price n not the discounted 199 with contract. they do some investigating and turns out, sprint sent out an email telling that they cant sell the white evos untill tomorrow. the guy told me they received a message in the moring letting them know that they could sell the white ones as soon as they get them but sprint changed their mind half way through the day n told them to stop untill tomorrow(he didnt notice the new message till they started looking into the whole price mix-up). my question is, did anyone buying the white evo today come across the samething or were you able to buy one with a contract for 199?

we went around 7:15 so maybe sprint sent out the message sometime between 5 and 8...im in central time-zone by the way

yea, you bought it around 3pm my time so thats about a 4 to 5 hour window of sprint shutting down sales for the day untill tomorrow..hopefully i can get them tomorrow, was totally bummed since all that was left to do was hand the money over...

Had the same issue awhile ago... I was the first person they rang up this afternoon for it and they activated my phone, pre was dead... when they rang it up... same exact issue as you, had to reactivate my pre and now gotta wait till tomorrow after work
