HELP with a root gone bad for a Samsung SM-T337V

The tablet will freeze at the verizon logo . i can get to where i can do the factory tasks at boot up. is there a way to load another rom or i have another tablet like this can i copy the android OS from the good to the bad.

You would need to flash the stock firmware through recovery to correct what happened.
