Help with HTC Design 4G

My HTC decided today to reject incoming calls. Didn't reset anything that I remember. Just cannot receive calls. Message says this caller is not accepting calls at this time, then the voice mail beep. Can anyone please help?::-[

Try going to settings> call settings > cdma settings and make sure DDTM is unchecked if it is checked uncheck it what that setting is is when your in a data call aka web browsing or using data it will automatically.send your call to voicemail let me know if that helps
