help with incall sound

When I make or receive a phone call I can't hear the other end and they can't hear me I've factory reset it on the advice of Samsung helpline which didn't resolve the problem can anyone help me out please

Try to check in settings - device - accessibility. There is an option to turn off all sounds, including voice. But then all other sounds should be turned off as well, which I am not sure is your case.
