Help with my Alcatel

I bought a phone from a friend I'm not able to contact anymore and it's asking for a Google account synced with the phone that I don't have access to. How can I bypass it?

Welcome to Android Central! You can't. That's Google's Factory Reset Protection, intended to prevent thieves from stealing a phone and doing a simple factory reset to make it their own. You'll have to track that friend down and ask them to give you their password.
