help with optimus q

stuck in boot loop, it just keeps flashing the lg logo. I don't know what happened to it, it was working fine earlier and then I took a nap and woke up to this happening. I can get into emergency mode but no recovery or factory reset. It is rooted but no custom rom or anything, I only did it to tether. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
