Help with picture mms?

[AC Question]

I recently got the Samsung Galaxy S5 and I've been having a rough time in the transition from iPhone to Android. I got these picture messages but it won't let me see them. Apparently I have to download them but whenever I try, it always says that the download has failed. I tried exporting the texts onto my computer using mobilego but the files will not show up there either. Guys I really need help thank you so much.
