help with recovery

when I try to boot into recovery I get the android exclamation and have to do a battery pull to reset my phone. I would guess that this is because CWM recovery is not installed however in my ROM manager shows me that my current recovery is CWM 5.0.2.0., and I do remember flashing CWM recovery. so I am not sure what the problem is.

I re-flashed recovery and all is working. still not sure what made it go away in the first place though.

Have you tried to boot into CWM manually from a powered off state or are you attempting to do so via ROM Manager?

I have tried both. It is now not working again. I was able to reflash and back up current rom and everything went as it should. But I thought I would double check before I flashed a new rom and it didn't boot into recovery again. It seems like it is deleting recovery every time I attempt to reboot into it.

Try this...

Re install CWM recovery...

Then before you leave CWM flash this file..

Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip

That should make your CWM "stick"
