So I am going through a removing all my bloatware on my TB and after reading Corey's guide I downloaded Titanium Backup, the free version, and wanted to do a backup before I started. But it seems that it doesn't want to backup everything. It is looking like it only backups apps that I have downloaded and installed. It isn't backing up all my app and data on the phone. Is this functioning correctly? Does the paid version allow you to backup everything? I just want to have a nice backup of my phone before I do any tweaking. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, trying it now. So Rom manager saves my current "setup" but titanium saves my data correct?

Same page here with Ti backup. I backed up all data and apps. Just want to know how to restore once I flash my new Rom

I have the paid version, dont remember if its in the free version but there is an option where you can create and update zip file that can restore your setup.

You have to go to menu-batch then pick backup all user apps + system data. this will back everything up

Then goto menu-more and select update zip... then after installing a rom, you can flash the zip.

Or as stated above, rom manager or recovery and nand backup

When you make a nandroid backup in rom manager it makes a copy of your entire system that you can return to, but when you back up with titanium back up you're just saving your apps and their data basically.
