Help with updating to ICS- CWM prevents it.

I just checked for an update on my phone and noticed I had one. Everything downloaded and the phone rebooted, except it gave me CWM. I choose the reboot option and phone starts fine, but I get an error "Install interrupted". what's happening?

You usually have to be unrooted and have the stock recovery to do OTA updates. Flash back to stock with Odin then try it again.
